Uterine Massage & External Techniques
Join us for a transformative, hands-on course designed to empower practitioners with effective, non-invasive techniques to support pelvic floor, uterine and abdominal health. You’ll learn to skillfully apply external myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and energetic practices—all with appropriate and respectful draping.
This course is ideal for practitioners who prefer not to perform internal pelvic floor therapy, but still want to make a meaningful impact on reproductive and pelvic health. With a focus on external techniques, you’ll gain the confidence to address common pelvic and uterine conditions in a safe, grounded, and effective way.
Whether you're expanding your clinical toolkit or seeking a new approach to pelvic healing, this course offers powerful, practical tools rooted in both science and somatic wisdom.

• Deep Listening and Uterine Unwinding: Develop skills in deep listening and uterine unwinding to support healing.
