This course offers a comprehensive, trauma-informed approach to supporting clients through the fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journey. Challenges can arise at every stage, and this training will equip you with somatic and hands-on tools to address them with skill and compassion.

You’ll learn how to support fertility preparation and challenges, provide effective care during pregnancy, and apply pelvic floor therapy techniques for postpartum healing. This includes addressing issues such as tearing, prolapse, and incontinence.

The course also covers exercises, stretches, optimal alignment for fetal positioning, postpartum recovery strategies, and myofascial pelvic floor release techniques—giving you a well-rounded toolkit to support clients through every phase of this deeply transformative time.

• How to treat Abdominal Adhesions and Surgical Scars• Understand Emotional and Somatic Patterns: Explore the emotional and somatic holding patterns that can affect the womb and pelvis.

• Deep Listening and Uterine Unwinding: Develop skills in deep listening and uterine unwinding to support healing.

Who Should Attend:

This course is open to Naturopathic Doctors (NDs), Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs), Midwives, and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs). It is eligible for 12 CEUs through the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine (OBNM) and Licensed Massage Therapists.
